Produced from grapes that grow in vineyards dating back more than a century. This wine reflects the full essence of the Verdejo variety, typical of the northern zone of the Rueda Designation of Origin. This wine is produced in the wineries of La Seca from grapes grown in sandy soils that give it the unique character for which it is renowned.

The perfect accompaniment for baked seabass or a wild mushroom risotto.

TASTING NOTES

Yellow in colour with golden hues. Elegant and subtle, with stone fruit aromas mixed with herbal notes and subtle balsamic hints. On the palate this wine is fresh, dense, fruity with a potent minerality. Excellent structure.

PRODUCTION

Hand-harvested into 15 kg boxes. Whole grape cold maceration, cluster selection on sorting tables, pressing and later fermentation in French oak barrels.

AGING

Aging in barrels for 7 months in contact with its lees.
