TASTING NOTES

A highly complex wine, characterised by notes of dried flowers mixed with low pastureland, and hints of brioche and wet stones. Intense and potent on the palate, characterised by extreme tension. The lingering finish is an explosion of fruitiness and unctuosity.

PRODUCTION

Hand-harvested into 15 kg boxes. Whole grape cold maceration, cluster selection on sorting tables, pressing and later fermentation in French oak barrels. The result of a production philosophy based on the utmost respect and minimum intervention, natural sediments may appear in the bottle.

AGING

Aging in barrels for 7 months in contact with its lees.
