Laura was born in La Seca to a family of winemakers, and therefore her whole life has been inextricably linked to the land and vineyards.
She studied in Valladolid and Bordeaux, before returning to her origins, determined to highlight the area’s full potential, authenticity and identity.
With a deep passion for traditional winemaking methods and a firm commitment to sustainability, Laura works to recover the value of old vines that possess an immense historical and oenological significance.
Laura has introduced the use of barrels in a return to the area’s traditional winemaking methods in caves and underground cellars that used wooden vats and large casks to refine the wines and give them depth and complexity.
