SAUVIGNON BLANC
Highly aromatic with notes of sun-dried tomato leaves, floral aromas and hints of tropical fruits. Refreshing and lingering on the palate. Extremely fresh on the nose, revealing the elegant profile of the Sauvignon variety.
The soil is made up of limestone clay overlaid with sandy clay layers interspersed with pebbles.
