PREHISTÓRICO:
Authenticity of
Verdejo in an
exceptional single vineyard

Prehistórico Vino de Órbita 2023 comes from century-old vines rooted in sandy soils with granite presence, in a continental environment marked by strong temperature variation.
After nine months in barrel on its lees and precise winemaking, it shows intensity, balance, and a saline profile with ageing potential in bottle.

PAIRING

It pairs perfectly with burrata salads, pasta dishes with creamy sauces, baked fish, and grilled octopus.

Outstanding ageing potential

PRODUCTION
